With RPM-Onsite, there's no need to bring your AuctionRPM network with you or interrupt the work being done back at the office.
Simply take a laptop with Microsoft Excel and enter the auction inventory into a specially formatted spreadsheet while you're onsite. Record the lot information and descriptions as you work your way through the inventory. At the same time, photos can be taken with a smartphone or digital camera and brought back to the office separately.
Meanwhile, your staff can continue using AuctionRPM back at the office—preparing other auctions, processing paperwork, working with customers, producing reports, and handling the day-to-day operation of your auction company.
When you return to the office, RPM-Onsite imports the completed Excel spreadsheet directly into AuctionRPM, eliminating the need to manually re-enter all of that inventory.
